Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Janice!

I am an award-winning pharmaceutical salesperson, age group swim coach, author, speaker, speaking skills coach, and seasonal living sister. 

In each of my roles, I have become an expert at teaching others to use great speaking skills to motivate from within to achieve their goal. I don’t just teach it, I live it. Each day I remind myself of how important it is for me to make healthy choices while living my busy life.

 

I can’t wait to be your coach and help you move towards more intentional seasonal healthy living.
