Day 3, March 18th

We go live to learn tools that empower your communication, cultivate uplifting connections, and prioritize healthy habits that enhance your recipe for a long, healthy, and vibrant life.

Day 4 March 19th 

Quiet your mind, body, and soul as you incorporate your healthy habits today. Do less, spend more time on seasonal daydreaming as you follow your day plan.

Day 5, March 20th

The Spring Equinox welcome ceremony. Wear white. We will gather the energies of the spring season and commit to adopting one healthy habit as a community this season.

Day 6, March 21st
